Florafauna is a true residential community for those who choose to live in Tulum and seek the comfort and convenience of a modern home customized to their ideal design. The Florafauna community comprises 79 residences, approximately half of which have been delivered or are under construction. Homes are available for pre-construction sale in phases five and six from any existing model. All homes are fully equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances, as well as solar panels. The Florafauna Villa is Florafauna's largest home. It has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite on the first floor, and the option of adding a fully independent, locked guest house that can be used as a rental, home office, gym or pool house.
