The project involves transforming an underutilized commercial building into a highly optimized aparthotel for short-term rentals. This building, located at 4584 Papineau Avenue, currently vacant, will be completely redesigned to accommodate:
- 17 fully furnished and carefully decorated units, designed for tourist or business stays
- 1 commercial space on the ground floor, designed to enhance the tenant experience and generate additional income
